Compassionate, Trauma-Informed Therapy that is grounded in science

How it Works

  • 1. Schedule free consultation

Request a consultation or schedule directly here, a free 15-minute consultation where we talk about what you are looking for in therapy, and I can share my approach.

  • 2. Decide if it is the right fit and schedule sessions

Either at the end of consultation or after you’ve taken some time to decide, we can schedule and go over logistics like billing, frequency, etc.

  • 3. Start on the therapy journey

We then start on the journey to changing the things you want to change and healing the things you want to heal
